We have been established since 2010 and specialise in Holiday Cottage Changeover services. I’m Karen the owner of Holiday Cottage Services, I have worked in the Hotel and tourist industry for most of my career, originally brought up in the Hotel trade and managing Hotels in the area. My company has an extensive knowledge and a deep understanding of what is required to ensure that high standards are maintained for your Holiday Cottage guests.
We offer a personal service for our owners, we are not a faceless company or agency. We personally meet and consult with every Holiday Cottage Owner or second home owner to discuss their requirements and to make sure that we understand your needs. Your business is our business, we want you to succeed and with our support and knowledge we will work with you to make your Holiday Cottage the best it can be.
Our staff are experienced professional Housekeepers, they also receive additional training by ourselves to add to and enhance the skills they already possess. All our Housekeepers are uniformed and wear our distinctive purple. All our staff are known personally by us, and we are proud to have a such a professional team of Housekeepers who will ensure your cottage is presented to its highest potential.
We take personal care of your property, we keep you updated and informed, we can also provide references on request for any potential new clients.
